1 Touch is played in the northern suburbs of Cape. The high standard of Touch makes this the most competitive and social league in the Country.The league will be shared between Kraaifontein, Kuilsriver, Brackenfell Rugby Clubs Format: 1 - Touch Evenings Played: Monday
Century City

Set in the heart of Century City, Central Park is a 4500m². field which is available to the general community of Century City for use as a venue for corporate gatherings, sporting events or simply some family recreation. The league will is played on Thursday Evenings, however there is now also a Touch club which plays casually on Wednesday and Friday Lunchtimes as well as Tuesday Evenings.

The Century City Touch Rugby Tournament forms part of the Century City Sports Festival to be held on Friday the 1st of March. The Schools section will be held from 15h00 to 18h00. The Corporate/Open Section will be held from 18h30 to 22h30. Entries will be on a first come first served basis.

The historic Brookside Fields, home of Villager Rugby Club house the Villager Touch league. This is the home of 6 Down Touch in the Cape. There is also now a growing 1 Touch league available. Format: 6 - Down and 1 - Touch Evenings Played: Wednesday Overflow and Catch-ups Played: Monday

The home of Johannesburg 1-Touch and 6-Down Touch Rugby. The vibe is awesome and this is by far South Africa's most popular venue! There are now separate divisions - social, competitive, and for those who want it, ultra-competitive too!
